About these statistics
Every figure on this page comes from the National Association of Realtors' 2025 Profile of Home Staging and its May 6, 2025 report release. The National Association of Realtors surveyed 1,266 respondents in February 2025. Grant Boulevard Interiors selected statistics relevant to sellers and Realtors preparing an occupied home for photos and showings. Terri's service is an occupied-home consultation, not vacant staging or furniture rental.
The survey reports agent perspectives. A home's condition, location, price, buyer demand, and listing strategy all affect a sale, so these figures should be used as context rather than a forecast.
