Guidance sellers can trust.

With more than 12 years in professional home staging, Terri Smith Langdon specializes in occupied consultations. Her work is grounded in a simple belief: a home can be prepared for market without making the people who live there feel judged.

Her experience in psychology informs her seller-friendly approach, while her design background keeps every recommendation clear, visual, and practical.

The story behind Grant Boulevard.

Grant Boulevard is named for Terri’s maternal grandparents’ home in Syracuse, New York, where she spent time each summer as a child. It was a place of warmth, care, and welcome.

The maple leaf represents a tradition her grandmother honored each fall: pressing maple leaves from her yard and sending them to each grandchild with a special poem.
